Interactive Visual Demonstration

This interactive demonstration shows how a binary number is converted into its decimal equivalent. Enter a binary value of up to 64 bits, and the tool will automatically create a table showing the appropriate powers of two. The individual binary digits are then animated into position, followed by the corresponding decimal values for each column. Finally, the tool displays the sum of all non-zero column values and the resulting decimal number, allowing you to follow the conversion process step by step. A history of previous conversions is also maintained, making it easy to compare examples and reinforce understanding of binary arithmetic.
